Atlantis The Royal is a 43-storey luxury resort on Palm Jumeirah, requiring highly detailed BIM coordination across architectural, structural, and interior packages. IRIVET developed LOD 400 architectural models and produced shop drawings to support construction, façade integration, and complex interior fit-out requirements.

Our team ensured all architectural elements were fully coordinated with MEP and structural systems, enabling accurate drawing extraction, clash-free layouts, and streamlined communication between consultants and contractors.
